Meet Maree Aoake
Maree started playing bridge after breaking her leg skiing in 2003. She enjoyed the game so much she continued after her leg healed. Maree works full time as Group Manager H.R for Skyline, volunteers at Victim Support, sits on the S.I.T (Southern Institute of Technology) Advisory Board, cycles, skis, and walks with friends every morning with her dog Dawdle in tow.

Introducing Karen Jamieson
Karen grew up in a bridge playing family and has been a member of our club since 2002. One of our highest contributing members, she serves as Convenor (plus chauffeur, caterer, scorer) of our lively Friday bridge group. The highlights of her bridge experiences have been meeting great people, being promoted to silver in 2018, and scoring good boards against good players! A keen gardener, talented cook and avid gym goer, Karen also serves as Club Captain of the local croquet club. She is seen here with an as-yet-unidentified stalker....
